The finale of the festival will be a live awards ceremony held in the virtual online world of Second Life, at a unique 120 seater theatre above the clouds, created and hosted by avid machinima enthusiast and virtual entreprineur and architect HatHead Rickenbacker. Viewers from all over the world will be able to participate from the comfort of their desks, as well as watch the winning films and share in the glory of the winners. Second Life (http://secondlife.com/) is a 3D virtual world entirely created by its residents. It's free to start a basic account. You will see the ten categories for Best Film, Best Series, Best Drama etc etc. If you follow the links provided with-in those links either to view the films or to simply vote if you have seen the movies already. I would ask you to give each of the movies a viewing before your votes. We have until the 29th of Feb to vote. Remember you will have to register at the Online Machinima Festival site. (Mprem) Once these movies have been voted on the categories then will go into a short list of three movies. Those movies then move to the Official Judges to view and deliberate on.
