INTRODUCTION (The world 3 years later)
In the aftermath of the tragic events of November 25th 2010, the global
political climate has changed. With Egypt taking the blame for the
nuclear attack on Israel, Russian leader Vasiliy Kashlikov has siezed
the opportunity to advance his own country's borders, moving past
Kazakhstan and Afghanistan to occupy Iran.
Kashlikov's plans suffer a serious blow when most of his forces are
bogged down by an Iranian insurgency. In just 2 and a half short years
he has lost 45 percent of his troops. These losses combined with
continued threats and pressure from the international community, have
convinced Kashlikov that an immediate ceasfire and withdrawal of troops
is necessary for the survival of his nation.
Fast forward to August 2013, U.S. Ambassador Johnathan Henning is on
the verge of preventing the largest and most deadly conflict in human
history. With the United States embroiled in several conflicts across
the middle east, Henning is viewed as the new face of American foreign
policy, perhaps even the future President of the United States.
Will Henning survive long enough to accomplish his dreams of world peace or will he be engulfed by another man's ambitions.
